Where do the 5% of Americans who cannot get insurance under the proposed new health care bill go: Senator Hatch, where are you?!

The Congressional Budget Office concluded 22 million American’s would be without health care – or presumably any mechanism to get adequate health care attention when needed most (http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-senate-leaders-attempt-to-regroup-after-postponing-vote-to-overhaul-obamacare/ar-BBDmhlx?li=AA5a8k&ocid=spartanntp).

That’s more than 5% of our population!  What about them - go die?

Don’t they get it?  DON’T THEY GET IT??  We need a solution that’s better Senator Hatch.
